REQUIREMENTS TO SIGN UP :
There are a few requirements you have to meet in order to sign up. We keep these requirements so that America knows that when they call 1-800-AMBULANCE, they can expect great service...
Licensee has a current license for non-emergency medical transport and/or Licensee has agreement to dispatch for service providers with current license in state(s) where conducting business.
Meet license requirement above for at least one year prior to date of becoming Licensee.
Dispatchers and/or dispatchers of Licensee's service providers must have minumum combined experience of 4 years.
Licensee and/or Licensee's service providers must conform to the patient privacy act laws detailed in the Health Care Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
Licensee and/or Licensee's service providers must maintain liability insurance coverage in the amount of at least $100,000.
Licensee and/or Licensee's service providers must have a visible display of 1-800-AMBULANCE on all non-emergency ambulance trucks.
